Hush Life was created in 2017. Tina created this private boutique in order to streamline the shopping experience for busy parents and working professionals. As an innovative business owner and mom of 2 boys, Tina has a solid understanding of how crazy life can get. Her goal is to provide a convenient, easily accessible platform that meets the needs of her customers and their busy lifestyles.

Job Description & Requirements
The Hush Life Personal Assistant will be responsible for providing direct support to Tina Webster by liaising with clients and vendors via phone and email; keeping inventory organized, both physically and within the Shopify database as well as collaborating with the Marketing Content Writer and managing social media posts. The Personal Assistant will be in the boutique office 2 days/week; 5 hours/day, with the possibility of more hours in the future. This opportunity could be perfect for parents who are working around the school schedule!
Previous experience in customer service and administration will be considered an asset. The ideal candidate will have moderate – advanced technical skills and a strong working knowledge of social media. The following core competencies will play a critical role in succeeding as Hush Life’s Personal Assistant:
Exceptional interpersonal and communication with proven strength in building trusting, professional relationships with stakeholders at all levels inside and outside of the organization.
Self-motivated with a dedicated ability to work independently, with little supervision.
Excellent problem-solving skills and able to identify inefficiencies while implementing solutions to streamline
Above average organizational and time-management skills with a proven commitment to quality assurance, accuracy and responsibility.
Previous experience in administration, customer service or executive assistant is considered an asset.
Valid Ontario Driver’s License and access to a vehicle considered a bonus but not necessarily required.
The salary range for this position is $17-19 per hour with a competitive flexible hours. The ideal candidate will have a compelling blend of talent, proven skills and vision that will speak to our brand
