FAQ

  • Return Policy

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your items are ready for pick up, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at heybabe@hushlife.ca.

Sale items 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Damaged or defective items
Although we do our best to check all items as they arrive in the boutique sometimes things get missed. Please inspect all of your items within 7 days of receiving them before tags are taken off. Once tags are removed they can not be returned or exchanged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at heybabe@hushlife.ca and send your item to: 29 Midhurst Dr Brooklin Ontario CA L1M0A2.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 29 Midhurst Dr Brooklin Ontario CA L1M0A2

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  • Can I change my order once it has been placed?

Yes. If you would like to make any changes to your order, please send us a message within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • What methods of payment are accepted?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal and Apple Pay. You can also send a EMT or Pay Cash *Please note EMT or Cash payments are required within 24 hours of the order being placed in order to hold you item. This includes pre-sale items.*

  • Where is Hush Life located?

We are located in the heart of Brooklin, Ontario. Because we are a private boutique, our exact address will be provided upon booking an appointment.

This is great option for a girls’ night out or even a special event! Come by and enjoy a glass of wine while you shop and socialize! Please email us at heybabe@hushlife.ca to set up a time for you and your friends to stop in!
